Refund policy for the XVIIIth Annual Congress of AATM & 4th Joint Meeting of AATM-AABB
We understand that circumstances may arise which may require registered attendees to cancel their participation. In such instances refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- 50% refund (against registration) will be processed for cancellation requested till 30th September 2023.
- No Refunds – for cancellation requested on or after 1st October 2023.
Terms and Conditions
- Cancellation requests have to be received in writing to the conference secretariat (secretariat@aatm-aabb2023.com, sadhanamangwana@yahoo.co.in)
- All refunds will be processed after the conference.
- Please note that any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Kit bags may not be available for On-Spot (Conference Venue) registrations.
